Rules & Disclaimers

By participating in The Fun Warehouse’s First Annual Golden Rule Project, all nominees, nominators, and participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Nominations are open to currently employed teachers at any public, private, or charter school.
Teachers may be nominated by students, parents, colleagues, or community members.
A teacher cannot nominate themselves.
The nomination period will be open from February 1 to April 2.

Nomination & Selection Process

Nominators must submit a valid entry including the teacher’s name, school, and a brief explanation of how they embody the Golden Rule.
Fun Warehouse will review all entries and select five (5) finalists based on the impact and merit of their nominations.
The top five teachers will be featured in a public vote, where the community will determine the two winners.

Voting Process

The voting period will take place from April 10 to April 17.
Each person may vote once per day during the voting period.
Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate voting attempts may result in disqualification.

Prizes & Winner Selection

The two teachers with the most votes at the end of the voting period will each receive a $500 Visa Gift Card.
The Visa Gift Card may be used at the teacher’s discretion—either for classroom supplies, student needs, or personal use.
Winners will be notified via email or phone and must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification.
If a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Rules & Disclaimers

Fun Warehouse reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all nominees and votes.
Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the voting process may result in disqualification.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Fun Warehouse is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost submissions, or errors that may affect participation.
By participating, nominees and winners agree to allow Fun Warehouse to use their name, image, and nomination details for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Fun Warehouse reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability Release

By entering, all participants release Fun Warehouse, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability related to this contest, including but not limited to lost entries, technical issues, or disputes regarding nominations or voting results.
